UART is a platform for creators: a public profile page in Telegram, distribution of digital products, donations to support authors, and cooperation requests. The service runs through a Telegram bot and associated web pages on the uart.app domain (the "Service", "UART", "we"). By using the bot or the UART site, registering as an author, getting a product, or sending a donation, you ("user", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Anyone using Telegram who meets Telegram's own minimum age requirement and the laws of their country of residence may use the Service. By registering as an author, getting a product, or sending a donation, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so under the laws applicable to you personally.
An author account is tied to your Telegram ID — there is no separate password-based registration, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. By registering as an author, you warrant that: (a) you hold all rights necessary to the content you post (text, images, video, audio, links, and any other material), or have obtained all permissions required to use and distribute it; and (b) that content does not infringe the rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, image rights, personal data, etc.) and does not violate applicable law, including consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and digital-goods regulations. You are solely and fully responsible — legally, financially, and for tax purposes — for the content, quality, legality, and accuracy of your product listings, and for fulfilling any obligations to buyers and cooperation partners. UART does not moderate content before publication, does not act as its publisher or co-author, and is not liable for it — full responsibility rests with the author who posted it. You agree to indemnify UART against any losses, penalties, and costs arising from third-party claims related to content you posted or your breach of these terms.
Authors independently set the content and description of their products. For now, products on UART are distributed free of charge: a price cannot be set, and paid sales are temporarily unavailable.
Donations are voluntary support with no expectation of anything in return. A donation may not be payment for goods, work, or services — including advertising or any other arrangement made through a cooperation request. Authors agree not to accept donations as such payment and are solely responsible for complying with any restrictions on receiving digital currency that apply in their country of residence.
Cooperation requests sent through an author's page are private correspondence between the sender and the author; UART is only a technical intermediary that delivers the message and is not responsible for its content or for the outcome of any agreement between the parties.
UART does not receive, hold, or transfer money at any point. A donation goes from the sender's wallet straight to the wallet the author set up to receive it — it never passes through our balance.
There are two ways to donate. With a connected wallet: you confirm the transfer in your own wallet, and the wallet sends the funds. By transfer to an issued address: you send the stated amount to a one-time address issued by the Relay payment router (Uneven Labs, Inc.), which delivers the funds to the author. Where the sender's and the author's network or currency differ, Relay performs the exchange and delivery under its own terms (relay.link/terms); UART is not a party to that transfer and has no control over its execution. Relay may reject, delay, or block a transfer under its own rules.
In addition, an author may add a link to their own fundraiser on a third-party service — T-Bank, YooMoney, DonationAlerts, or Boosty — shown on their page as the “Card” button. A payment made through such a link happens entirely outside UART, under that service's rules and between you, the author, and the service. UART does not see or process that payment, takes no fee from it, and is not responsible for its execution or refund.
While we are testing, UART does not retain a platform fee: the donation goes to the author in full, less the cost of the transfer itself. If a fee is introduced, its rate will be stated in these terms before it starts being retained.
The transfer itself costs money: network fees and, where the transfer goes through the router, the router's charge. This is usually about 1% of the amount, and more for small amounts and on some networks. UART receives none of it. When paying by transfer to an issued address, the support page shows how much will reach the author before you send anything; when paying with a connected wallet, the wallet itself shows the transfers and their amounts before you confirm. Some networks have a minimum amount below which they are not offered.
Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible: a transfer sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, for the wrong amount, or twice cannot be cancelled or refunded by UART. Authors are responsible for making sure the address they provide is their own and accepts funds on the selected network: UART checks an address's format and checksum, but cannot confirm that the wallet exists or belongs to the author. Cryptocurrency exchange rates change, and the amount in coins is calculated at the moment of transfer. By sending a donation, you confirm you understand the risks of cryptocurrency transfers and are solely responsible for complying with any tax, currency-control, and anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorist-financing (AML/CFT) requirements that apply to you.
Products on UART are currently free: there is nothing to pay for them, and nothing to refund.
A donation is voluntary support, and the funds go to the author directly, bypassing UART. UART cannot refund a donation: we never hold it at any point. If you sent a donation by mistake, contact the author — we can pass your request on to them. On a well-founded request we will consider refunding the fee we retained: write to us through the bot or at support@uart.app.
These terms do not displace rights your own law gives you: where consumer-protection legislation applicable to you grants a right to withdraw or to a refund, it applies regardless of this clause.
You may not post content on UART that infringes third-party rights; is illegal in the author's or buyer's jurisdiction; sexualizes or otherwise exploits minors, promotes extremism or violence, or consists of malware or fraud tooling; or misleads buyers about a product's content or origin. The author is fully responsible for complying with this prohibition. UART may, without prior notice, remove a product or page, suspend or close an author's account, and turn off donations on the author's page, whenever we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms, applicable law, or Telegram's own rules have been violated.
Complaints. Every product page has a link to report it. A complaint goes into the same queue as support questions (/support in the bot) but is marked separately and carries the author and the product it concerns. We read every complaint; the decision is the platform's and may be to take no action, to remove the product, or to block the author.
Authors retain all rights to the content they create and upload. By posting material on UART, an author grants UART a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that material on the author's public page and in purchase-related bot messages, solely for operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UART is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for authors' actions, the content of the products they list, disputes between an author and a buyer or between an author and a cooperation partner, or outages and decisions of third-party services (Telegram, the Relay payment router, wallets and blockchain networks) the platform depends on. UART's total liability to any user for claims relating to use of the Service is limited to the fee actually retained by UART on the donation or order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time as UART's functionality evolves. The current version is always available on this page; continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

UART stores: your Telegram ID and username, the public profile details you provide yourself (name, bio, social links, photos), the content of products you list, support requests and complaints (the text and the reply), the wallet address an author set up to receive donations, and records of orders and donations (amount, status, the author's share and the fee, the router's transfer id). We do not store the wallet address of someone donating with a connected wallet: it is used only to calculate the transfer (see section 3). UART does not separately collect personal data such as email, phone number, or ID documents.
The site counts how many times a day each public page is opened (the home page, author, support, and product pages) and which tag in the link people arrived with. Only that daily number is kept: no IP addresses, no browser details, nothing that could tell who opened the page.
Data is used solely to operate the service: showing your public page, delivering products, and calculating the author's share and the fee on donations. UART does not sell data to third parties.
The Relay payment router (Uneven Labs, Inc., USA). To calculate and carry out a donation, we share the author's wallet address, the amount, and the network with it — and, when you pay with a connected wallet, the sender's wallet address as well. Relay processes this data — wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token details — under its own privacy policy: relay.link/privacy-policy. By sending a donation, you consent to this sharing.
Wallet connection uses the TonConnect protocol: your wallet talks to the page through that protocol's relay servers, and the connection library is loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network. On-chain transactions are inherently public and outside UART's control. Files (avatars, covers, products) are stored through Telegram's own infrastructure.
Data is kept for as long as your author account exists. To have it deleted, write to us through the bot or at support@uart.app. There is no automatic delete button today — requests are handled by hand and we respond within 30 days. Records of paid orders may be retained after an account is deleted where law applicable to us requires it, or where they are needed to resolve a dispute already under way.
