UART is a platform for creators: a public profile page at uart.app/yourname, distribution and sale of digital products, donations to support authors, and cooperation requests. The service runs on the uart.app website and in a Telegram bot (the "Service", "UART", "we"). By using the bot or the UART site, registering as an author, getting a product, or sending a donation, you ("user", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Anyone who meets the minimum age set by the laws of their country of residence — and, when signing in with Telegram, Telegram's own requirement — may use the Service. By registering as an author, getting a product, or sending a donation, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so under the laws applicable to you personally.
An author account is tied to how you sign in — Telegram, Google or email; there is no password, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. By registering as an author, you warrant that: (a) you hold all rights necessary to the content you post (text, images, video, audio, links, and any other material), or have obtained all permissions required to use and distribute it; and (b) that content does not infringe the rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, image rights, personal data, etc.) and does not violate applicable law, including consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and digital-goods regulations. You are solely and fully responsible — legally, financially, and for tax purposes — for the content, quality, legality, and accuracy of your product listings, and for fulfilling any obligations to buyers and cooperation partners. UART does not moderate content before publication, does not act as its publisher or co-author, and is not liable for it — full responsibility rests with the author who posted it. You agree to indemnify UART against any losses, penalties, and costs arising from third-party claims related to content you posted or your breach of these terms.
Authors independently set the content and description of their products.
A product not meant for minors (violence, strong language, artistic nudity and the like) must carry the 18+ mark: before it, visitors see a warning and confirm they are 18 or older. Sexually explicit content is not allowed on UART, including with the 18+ mark (section 7).
A product can be free or paid; the author sets the price in US dollars. Buying a paid product is a transaction between the buyer and the author: the author is the seller and is responsible for the product, its description and their obligations to the buyer, as well as for taxes and other requirements of their own country. UART provides the page, payment from the buyer's wallet and delivery of the file, and is not a party to the sale.
Donations are voluntary support with no expectation of anything in return. A donation may not be payment for goods, work, or services — including advertising or any other arrangement made through a cooperation request. Authors agree not to accept donations as such payment and are solely responsible for complying with any restrictions on receiving digital currency that apply in their country of residence.
Cooperation requests sent through an author's page are private correspondence between the sender and the author; UART is only a technical intermediary that delivers the message and is not responsible for its content or for the outcome of any agreement between the parties.
UART does not receive, hold, or transfer money at any point. A product payment and a donation go from the payer's wallet straight to the wallet the author set up to receive it — they never pass through our balance.
A product purchase may go through the UART distributor — an ownerless smart contract on the creator's network. Each order has its own address; the recipients and their shares are fixed in the address itself, so no one, UART included, can change them or take the money. The contract splits the price it receives right away: the creator's amount to the creator, the fee to UART, the reward to affiliates (section 11). Amounts below an affiliate's minimum payout are kept until they reach it. If a purchase can't go this way, it follows the route described below.
A product can be paid for with a connected wallet — a TON wallet (GRAM or USDT) or MetaMask, Trust Wallet or WalletConnect (in a coin and on a network the wallet holds) — or by sending USDT or USDC from BNB Chain, Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Solana or Tron, including as an exchange withdrawal, to the address the page issues for that order (the UART distributor's or the Relay payment router's (Uneven Labs, Inc.)). When paying with a wallet, the refund address is that wallet's address. The author receives the price minus UART's sale fee (see below), in dollars: USDT or USDC on the network they chose for payouts, and GRAM or USDT on TON. The buyer pays for delivery and network fees on top of the price; the amount to pay is shown before the transfer and is calculated at the exchange rate at the moment of payment. If less than the stated amount arrives when paying with a wallet, the transfer is not made and the funds go back to the wallet's address, minus the network fee; any excess is returned too. When sending to the issued address by QR code or from an exchange, any shortfall is topped up to the same address; a difference due to the exchange rate of up to 1% of the price and no more than $1 counts as payment. The file opens on the order page once the network or Relay confirms the transfer to the author; if the transfer does not reach the author, the file does not open. On every sale UART retains a sales fee of 5% of the price: it stays with UART within the same payment (the distributor, see above) or, where there is no distributor, comes as a separate transfer your wallet shows when you confirm.
There are two ways to donate. With a connected wallet: you confirm the transfer in your own wallet, and the wallet sends the funds. By transfer to an issued address: you send the stated amount to a one-time address issued by the Relay payment router (Uneven Labs, Inc.), which delivers the funds to the author. Where the sender's and the author's network or currency differ, Relay performs the exchange and delivery under its own terms (relay.link/terms); UART is not a party to that transfer and has no control over its execution. Relay may reject, delay, or block a transfer under its own rules.
While we are testing, UART does not retain a platform fee: the donation goes to the author in full; the sender pays for the transfer on top (see below). If a fee is introduced, its rate will be stated in these terms before it starts being retained.
The transfer itself costs money: network fees and, where the transfer goes through the router, the router's charge. This is usually about 1% of the amount, and more for small amounts and on some networks. UART receives none of it. It is paid by whoever sends the money: the buyer, on top of the product price (shown at checkout as a separate “transfer” line), and the sender of a donation, on top of the donation amount (shown on the support page as a “transfer” line). The support page shows the donation and the cost of the transfer before you send anything; when paying with a connected wallet, the wallet itself shows the transfers and their amounts before you confirm. Some networks have a minimum amount below which they are not offered.
Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible: a transfer sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, for the wrong amount, or twice cannot be cancelled or refunded by UART. Authors are responsible for making sure the address they provide is their own and accepts funds on the selected network: UART checks an address's format and checksum, but cannot confirm that the wallet exists or belongs to the author. Cryptocurrency exchange rates change, and the amount in coins is calculated at the moment of transfer. By sending a donation, you confirm you understand the risks of cryptocurrency transfers and are solely responsible for complying with any tax, currency-control, and anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorist-financing (AML/CFT) requirements that apply to you.
A product payment goes to the author directly, bypassing UART, so UART cannot refund it: we never hold that money at any point. A digital product is provided as soon as the payment is confirmed. Refunds, quality and the content of a product are for the author to resolve as the seller — we can pass your request on to them. If the file does not open after a confirmed payment, write to us through the bot or at support@uart.app and we will help you get it.
A donation is voluntary support, and the funds go to the author directly, bypassing UART. UART cannot refund a donation: we never hold it at any point. If you sent a donation by mistake, contact the author — we can pass your request on to them. On a well-founded request we will consider refunding the fee we retained: write to us through the bot or at support@uart.app.
These terms do not displace rights your own law gives you: where consumer-protection legislation applicable to you grants a right to withdraw or to a refund, it applies regardless of this clause.
You may not post content on UART that infringes third-party rights; is illegal in the author's or buyer's jurisdiction; is sexually explicit (pornography), including with an 18+ mark; sexualizes or otherwise exploits minors, promotes extremism or violence, or consists of malware or fraud tooling; or misleads buyers about a product's content or origin. The author is fully responsible for complying with this prohibition. UART may, without prior notice, remove a product or page, suspend or close an author's account, and turn off donations on the author's page, whenever we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms, applicable law, or Telegram's own rules have been violated.
Complaints. Every product page has a link to report it. A complaint goes into the same queue as support questions (/support in the bot) but is marked separately and carries the author and the product it concerns. We read every complaint; the decision is the platform's and may be to take no action, to remove the product, or to block the author.
Authors retain all rights to the content they create and upload. By posting material on UART, an author grants UART a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that material on the author's public page and in purchase-related bot messages, solely for operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UART is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for authors' actions, the content of the products they list, disputes between an author and a buyer or between an author and a cooperation partner, or outages and decisions of third-party services (Telegram, the Relay payment router, wallets and blockchain networks) the platform depends on. UART's total liability to any user for claims relating to use of the Service is limited to the fee actually retained by UART on the donation or order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time as UART's functionality evolves. The current version is always available on this page; continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
11.1. Who can join. Any creator with a page on UART. Joining is free: there is no entry fee and no reward for signing up as such.
11.2. Your link. Every participant has a personal link — any UART address with the tag ?ref=<your username>. A person counts as invited by you if they followed such a link and created a page on UART without leaving the site. If there were several links, the last one counts. The inviter is fixed when the page is created and does not change afterwards. You cannot invite yourself.
11.3. Reward for invited creators. While a creator you invited keeps selling, you get 60% of UART's fee on each of their paid product sales. On sales by creators invited by the people you invited, you get 10% of UART's fee. No reward is paid beyond two levels. The reward comes out of UART's fee, so buyers and creators don't pay more. Donations earn no reward: UART takes no fee on them. A creator who set up their page through your link pays no UART fee on their first $500 of paid product sales; those sales earn no reward either, as UART takes no fee on them.
11.4. Payouts. Your earnings are shown in your dashboard under Affiliate. Rewards land in the wallet set in Payouts right at the sale: the UART distributor sends them in the same payment (section 5), in dollars — USDT or USDC, or in GRAM if the payment was made in GRAM. The minimum payout is 1 USDT/USDC: smaller amounts add up and go out as soon as they reach it. If no wallet is set or the purchase didn't go through the distributor, UART pays the reward once a week.
11.5. Promoter share. A creator may set a share of 1 to 75% for whoever sells a product through their link; the share is counted on the price after UART's fee, which is taken from the full price. This share is part of the creator's amount, and the creator decides on it. The UART distributor sends it to the promoter in the same payment (11.4).
11.6. What is not allowed. Buying through your own link, creating pages to collect rewards, spam, pretending to be UART or a creator, promising what a product does not contain. When you recommend a product, label the partner link (“ad”, “affiliate link”) and follow your country's advertising rules. If these rules are broken, UART may cancel unpaid earnings and remove the participant from the program.
11.7. Changes. UART may change the percentages or close the program with at least 14 days' notice in the dashboard. Everything earned before the change is kept.
11.8. Taxes. Participants pay taxes on their rewards themselves, under the laws of their country.

We count site visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies and nothing stored in your browser.
UART stores: your sign-in details — your Telegram ID and username if you sign in with Telegram, your email address if you sign in by email or with Google, and your Google account ID; the public profile details you provide yourself (name, bio, social links, photos), the content of products you list, support requests and complaints (the text and the reply), the wallet address an author set up to receive donations, and records of orders and donations (amount, status, the author's share and the fee, the router's transfer id). We do not store the wallet address of someone donating with a connected wallet: it is used only to calculate the transfer (see section 3). UART does not collect phone numbers, ID documents or any other personal data beyond what is listed here.
The site counts how many times a day each public page is opened (the home page, author, support, and product pages) and which tag in the link people arrived with. Only that daily number is kept: no IP addresses, no browser details, nothing that could tell who opened the page.
Data is used solely to operate the service: showing your public page, delivering products, and calculating the author's share and the fee on donations. UART does not sell data to third parties.
The Relay payment router (Uneven Labs, Inc., USA). To calculate and carry out a donation, we share the author's wallet address, the amount, and the network with it — and, when you pay with a connected wallet, the sender's wallet address as well. Relay processes this data — wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token details — under its own privacy policy: relay.link/privacy-policy. By sending a donation, you consent to this sharing. The same applies when you buy a product through Relay; if you pay by sending to an address, we also share the refund address you give. By paying for a product that way, you consent to this sharing.
Wallet connection uses the TonConnect protocol: your wallet talks to the page through that protocol's relay servers, and the connection library is loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network. On-chain transactions are inherently public and outside UART's control. Files (avatars, covers, products) are stored through Telegram's own infrastructure.
Data is kept for as long as your author account exists. To have it deleted, write to us through the bot or at support@uart.app. There is no automatic delete button today — requests are handled by hand and we respond within 30 days. Records of paid orders may be retained after an account is deleted where law applicable to us requires it, or where they are needed to resolve a dispute already under way.
The site only sets the cookies it needs to work: uart_session — signing in to your dashboard (30 days); uart_google — the Google sign-in step (10 minutes); lang, page_lang and landing_lang — the language you chose (1 year); uart_adult — your confirmation to see 18+ content (1 year); uart_team — marks UART team browsers so their visits stay out of the counter (staff only, 2 years). The site remembers your theme in browser storage (localStorage). We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
